We are so incredibly grateful for every moment—big and small—that has brought us here. From the first time we stepped into the Little Red Barn to the thousands of lives we’ve saved since, every step has been a blessing. And now, we stand at the beginning of something even bigger. ✨
We purchased a property in Kansas City, Missouri, and now it’s time to renovate it—to build the shelter of the future, the one that sets the standard for how every shelter should be run. A place where animals wake up each morning knowing only peace, joy, and kindness.
Where they are not just housed—but truly loved. ❤️
The only time we are guaranteed in this life is the present moment, and we must make the most of it. If we wait for someone else to love them—if we lock them in kennels without walks, without care, without love—then that is not rescue.
They deserve more. They deserve everything. They deserve to run, to play, to feel the warmth of a kind touch and the promise of a better tomorrow.
And to anyone who says it’s not possible because of the thousands of animals in need—we have already proven that it is.
We started with a little red barn that could hold just 19 dogs, and from that small beginning, we have saved over 6,000 lives. Anything is possible when you have the courage to try. When you have faith. When you take that first step and let God handle the rest. ✨
