7 seconds that make your heart simply burst with joy. His eyes are brighter, his belly is full, and all our hearts are filled with love.
He’s now eating half to three-fourths of a can on his own every four hours! We will check his bloodwork Tuesday; his progress gives every single one of us hope. Since he’s eating, the catheter and everything else will remain in place until we get past that crucial five-day mark. Our boy is SO brave and gaining more and more strength every day.
