Saturday Morning Rescue Report

❤️ Love Saves Lives

My name is Jen, I’m the founder of Always & Furever, and every morning, I love jumping on live to show you exactly what’s happening at our Little Red Barn—because this is where your donations go.

This is how we love them, with all our hearts, with all our joy.

We don’t wait for someone else to do it. We show up.

It’s about being present. It’s about making the most of every single day. ☀️

Life is so darn simple, yet we complicate the heck out of it. At the end of the day, it all comes down to one thing: L-O-V-E. ❤️

Love the animals. Love each other. Because what you put out into the world always finds its way back to you.

Now, let’s get to the rescue stuff.

**Springtime Joy at the Barn!** ❄️

It may be 25 degrees outside, but it feels like spring at the barn!

The dogs are feeling the joy—extra zoomies all around! ‍♂️

Welcome to our wild and wonderful puppy party, where breed, age, and background don’t matter. ❤️

All that matters is that they are loved like our own, for exactly who they are.

✨ **Exciting Rescue Updates** ✨

  • Flores is heading to her amazing foster today after being picked up from K-State!
  • ❤️ Sally May settled in beautifully last night with her loving foster family.
  • Freddie Mac is still out there—we named him so God can hear our prayers even more clearly and help us find him.
  • Our incredible KC Dog Trappers and teams are searching for him right now. We will find him.
  • A huge thank you to everyone donating to their care package and directly to them. We’re working to get that to them this week!
  • This truly is a team effort—so many amazing people coming together to make miracles happen.

**Little Lulu’s Fight for Life**

And then there’s Little Lulu. ❤️‍

Sweet, tiny Lulu had to be rushed to the emergency vet, where she remains in the ICU.

Her little leg was so badly degloved after getting caught under a tire that it had to be amputated to prevent sepsis.

Instead of getting her the urgent medical care she needed, her owner surrendered her to a high-kill shelter in Oklahoma City.

But we will do everything in our power to give her the life and love she deserves.

Her emergency care is estimated at $3,000—if you can help, even a little, it makes a world of difference.

✨ **Miracles Move Mountains** ✨

Your prayers and faith have shown time and time again that miracles move mountains. ⛰️

As long as we never give up, lives are saved.
